CIMB bank no TT transfer service!

I visited Subang Jaya SS 15 CIMB bank last few months ago to do my TT-transfer to china shanghai..... believe all banker understand what is TT-transfer.... but CIMB was so embarassing... they don't know at all!!!!

After fed-up in talking with the counter staff... she wen in and get her manager come out to speak with me....

the manager is sitting behind the board. He said CIMB dun have such service! when I asked why if you dun have such service you still put on the banner regarding TT-transfer there (rite opposite the counter)? the answer that he gave me is such a ridiculous answer! He said:" sorry mdm, neither of us can read chinese here (he is Malay), the banner given by HQ, we just put it up." i almost pengsan!!!!

so embarassing... oh my dear CIMB, how you train your staff??? and how you train your outlet manager??? i almost pengsan!!!
