Reservation Experiences:-

A complementary voucher is given
Reservation procedure is an awful experience with the call center
The RSVP telephone nos which printed behind the voucher is basically couldn't help you to do any reservation
I called more than 7 times in 2 weeks, they said will get sales department to contact me, unfortunate didn't
Until the very end, I drop them an email, finally i received a confirmation call after all the damage
Moral of the study: do not call, but email

Bell boy, Front Desk & General Staffs:-

The bell boy looks like strict "security" in black colour t-shirt. They stand straight without a friendly welcome smile - they can assist all our request... but no cheerful smile at all (they looks like Bangladesh to me) :(
Very quick check in procedure that allow us to leave ASAP
Behind the check in counter, there's a lounge, providing FOC apples. Their apples are fresh & juicy! I am loving it :)
Walking along the road towards the lift, there's a welcome drink... erm... just not my preference - taste weird!

The room:-

Room is clean & tidy - it's expected under 5 stars category
There's no 8TV & NTV7 available at the TV channel - where I don't understand why
Internet server are pretty fast with caber, but wifi is not that stable
I believe they had blocked user from downloading movie - because I failed to do so by using different software
There's DVD player available to lend, but not the DVD movie
