Basic Medicine expenses

My beloved sister asking how much is my medicine... i asked:"u want to share my burden?" then she ==" Because of this question, it rang the bell in my mind, I have to do a calculation and do a financial plan as it's going to be a long term burden to my own.

Here is the most basic package for now:-

1 bottle medicine = 100 tablets = USD 10 =5 days!!!! 
1 month = 5.5 bottles = USD 55!! 
wow! i will broke like this! This is only 1 type =="

Another type, USD 19 = 1 mth

Another type, USD 10 = 2 mths

Total expenses in 1 month = USD 55 + USD 19 + USD 5 = USD 79 = RM 245

6 months total = $ 474 = RM1,470
12 months total = $948 = RM2,939

wow!!! I will broke like this!!! What I did wrong?
